  • Type of home-Do you live in a private home or apartment house?
  • Overall area-Size of the area to be cooled (measured in length x width).
  • Window installation-we need to know the width of the window at the narrowest point.
  • Wall installation-if replacing an existing unit, what is the physical size of the unit. What is the exterior wall material (brick, stone, wood, shingle, siding, etc.)?
  • Electric requirements-we need to know if there is an outlet near the installation and, if so, what is the voltage (110v, 208v)?
